The product must be in its original condition and not used, with all attached labels intact and undamaged, and it must be packaged in the original cover. 2. Products cannot be returned if they match the order (all items are custom-made and not ready-made, so exchanges are not possible. Please ensure the size is correct using the size chart before ordering). 3. If the product is defective or there is an error from Danar, Danar bears the full shipping costs. 4. After the policy is issued by Danar, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company registered in the policy (Aramex – DHL – SMSA). 5. After completing the submission, wait for the policy to deliver the return (the policy is sent via SMS and email within 48 working hours). 6. Upon receiving the return policy, the products must be handed over to the shipping company (the policy is valid for 3 working days).
